  • Reflect-Learn Workshop

    Introduction Session: Meet the team, understand functional areas and provide an overview of the Leadership Team Health Check Assessment (Diagnostic) and 6 Team Conditions Framework. Leaders will learn about “Conditions Thinking” and “Why”; this will improve collaboration and effectiveness across the enterprise. The team will learn how to take the assessment (diagnostic) when it goes live.

  • Diagnostic is Live

    Each leader will receive a link to participate in the Leadership Team Health Check diagnostic. It is anonymous, and data is aggregated collectively, not individually. Support is offered to answer questions and address issues while the platform is live.

  • Leader Debrief

    Leadership Team Health Check (diagnostic) is a 27-page visually rich report. During the debrief, we highlight the findings and teach how to read the report, leverage its content, and collectively we discuss the areas that the Leader finds of most importance. Only the Leader is present, and all discussions are confidential.

  • Team Debrief

    The Leader does not participate in this session. We uphold Chatham House Rules during the debrief.

    The Team Debrief is a time for the Team to review, discuss, and interpret the data. During the Team Debrief, the Team will be invited to identify one area the Team wants to focus on improving. We then determine a safe-to-fail experiment to begin addressing the identified issue. In addition, we will co-author an actionable backlog. Each participant will receive a digital copy of the Leadership Team Health Check assessment and learn how to interpret the data for further reflection.

  • Closing with Leader

    We meet with the leader and provide an anonymous summary of the outcome of the Team Debrief. Occasionally the team and leader are not aligned, and during this session, we identify a plan forward, so Team and Leader have aligned priorities for improvements.

  • Engagement

    A DECISION POINT

    An experienced Team Coach or OD professional can leverage the Leadership Team Health Check Full Team Report. We have proven coaching methods to move unhealthy dimensions into a healthy state, so your teams become high performing.
